The HP Cape is a one size fits most Cape. It wraps over the shoulders and has a clasp at the front. It has an oversized hood.
The outer shell is a combination of 100% cotton woven HP print and a 100% cotton flannel. The lining is 100% cotton flannel. All fabric has been prewashed.
The Cape does have a reverse pleat at the center back.
